How long will it take to process my order? – 2 days.

How long do custom orders take? – Custom orders take 2 weeks.

Can I make adjustments to my order? – No, you cannot make any adjustments to your order once it has been paid for.

Accra & its environs •24-48 hours | GHC 25-30 (fees for additional kg may be included)

Outside Accra/ Regional •48-72 hours | GHC 30-40 (fees for additional kg may be included)

Returns/Refunds

We operate strictly under a no-returns or refunds policy on all items sitewide. The customer is responsible for choosing the correct size and measurements before placing an order. We accept no responsibility if items do not fit upon arrival. Denim garments will always be altered to the measurements given by the customer. There are no exceptions to this returns policy.

Terms of purchase

By purchasing from us, the customer understands that no refunds or exchanges are accepted. The customer agrees that the correct waist measurement has been given (in inches) and the correct desired hip and leg measurements have been selected. Our skilled team will always alter the waist to the measurement given by the customer. If the jeans do not fit upon arrival, we accept no responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they enter their correct measurements. The customer is encouraged to ask any questions on sizing.

If the customer gives their waist measurement as a decimal, the measurement will always be rounded up to the nearest whole number (e.g. 26.7 inches to 27 inches), due to the thickness of denim material as decimal measurements are not possible.

By purchasing from us, the customer understands that all denim is vintage and the color of the denim wash will vary slightly from pair to pair. The customer understands that the picture shown is a reference, and the color of the denim received may be lighter or darker in certain areas, due to natural wear. Each product will state the denim wash range in the description.

By purchasing from us, the customer understands that due to the nature of items, all items have been within the clothing system for several months/years and are therefore not new. As much as some may come in with their tags on. All denim is sourced and re-worked & tailored by us from different brands and is not sold by us as new.

Due to the nature of these items, garments can include minor signs of wear or imperfections. This can include a variety of minor details such as small stains, small parts of distressing often around seams, wear or removal of the labels, and various other minor signs.

Please note: No two pairs of jeans can be the same, they will and may be similar but not the same.

By placing a custom order, the customer understands the 2 weeks that they are agreeing to for their item to be sourced. Once the item is available, it will be processed and altered to the measurements provided and dispatched as soon as possible.
